DMC Honey began in 2009 when Matthew Carpenter and Deborah Carpenter decided to open their own honey business.

Matthew Carpenter comes from a bee keeping family and has 20 years experience working for other beekeepers around Australia. Deborah Carpenter uses beeswax from their 400 hives of bees to create all natural products for the body and home.
